As a tourist, I really enjoyed the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the quiet atmosphere at the hotel. The location was great, with just a short walk to the main shopping street and the castle. The hotel itself looked lovely and had a charming vibe. The breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful buffet and the option to order from the menu. I especially loved the tasty bread and the Ayrshire bacon. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I had a fantastic dining experience at the Bruntsfield Hotel. The Cardoon Suite was the perfect setting for our celebratory evening. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. The three-course meal was exquisite, with guests raving about the food. The house wine was also highly praised. It was truly a top-quality dining experience.

Despite a few minor issues like a hot room at night and a dated bathroom, the overall experience was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel.
